2022 has been another whirlwind year. It has held within its days many celebrations along with some heavy blows. Victories celebrated, losses grieved, struggles wrestled and lessons learned. Yet, I see God in every little moment. In each detail, I feel His love. He is ever present; leading, loving and participating in our lives in an intricate and intimate way.
My husband Larry and I are both so thankful for the precious time spent with the ones we love this year. We realize more and more that as time marches on, it is the little moments that add up to the big memories.
Life is full of waves of uncertainty, ebbing and flowing from every direction. None of us know what tomorrow might hold. Yet it is the steady assurance of God’s goodness and grace that keeps us full of hope, joy and peace. It is the trusted anchor of the faithfulness of the Lord that allows us to remain steady and stable throughout each storm. We know He holds tomorrow so we do not need to fear the days ahead.
As the year of 2022 comes to a close, and 2023 begins, we are taking the time to remember all that God has sovereignly brought us through. We are looking for the fingerprints of The Lord God Almighty in our story and trusting that we will continue to see them in all that is to come.
We are so thankful to have such amazing people surrounding us. Whether it’s on Facebook, Instagram, the blog community or in person, thank you for sharing your life with us. We are grateful for your love and friendship that helps light our path.
