Life will never be perfect, friends. Not ever. When there is trouble in this world, I look to the one who is the definition of perfection – Jesus. He is my joy and my salvation! He is my strength and song.
This side of heaven, there will always be a mixture of trials and triumphs, fun times tangled with challenging ones and weaknesses trying to overpower our strengths. Until the day Jesus calls us home, joy will always be mixed with some sadness and happiness will be tempered with tests.
Yet, isn’t it reassuring to know Jesus is with us? He is our strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow. There is reason to rejoice! An empty grave is there to prove my savior lives!
